About The Position

The VooDoo Daiquiris Supervisor will manage staff, handle cash, uphold company standards, and drive sales. Key responsibilities include training on daiquiri recipes, machine maintenance, and maintaining a high-energy, fun atmosphere.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Must have a valid state driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED; a degree in hospitality or business a plus
  • Prior experience as a bartender or lead
  • At least one year of supervisory experience in a high-energy hospitality environment
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and schedule staff
  • Ability to maintain professionalism responding to complaints/praises
  • Accomplished mixology skills with extensive knowledge of daiquiri preparation and mixing machines
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, ability to manage budgets, and drive profitability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily preparation and consistency of drink recipes
  • Manage daiquiri stock/inventory and ensure frozen machines are filled, clean, and functioning
  • Supervise shifts, organize schedules, and train both new and current staff
  • Maintain attention to detail with cash management, till reconciliation, and reporting sales
  • Manage the flow of guests and maintain high standards for cleanliness throughout the bar
  • Lead and motivate team members while also maintaining accountability to standards
  • Support staff during busy service periods
  • Plan/manage schedules to ensure proper staffing at all times
  • Uphold high standards of drink quality, presentation, and service
  • Oversee stock control, order supplies, and foster positive vendor relationships
  • Monitor financial performance including sales targets and cost control
  • Professionally handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, age verification procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Support staff development through training, coaching, and performance feedback
