East Bay Agency for Children’s (EBAC) is dedicated to improving the well-being of children, youth, and families by reducing the impact of trauma and social inequities, striving to reduce barriers and create supportive communities. Established in 1952, EBAC provides programs to over 4,500 children, youth, and families throughout Alameda County annually.
