About The Position

Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will coordinate logistics, maintain master calendars, track engagement systems, and support invoicing. The position is anticipated to run from March through June 2026, with the potential for an extension through November 2026. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-directed professional comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible, volume-based hours.

Requirements

  • Organizational Mastery: You have demonstrated experience with shared documents, spreadsheets, and calendar systems.
  • Administrative Precision: You are capable of ensuring all logistics are confirmed in advance and that documentation (including invoicing) is complete.
  • Communication Skills: You can facilitate communication effectively between Development, Admin, and Program teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating events or volunteer programs in a nonprofit setting and familiarity with Google Workspace tools are highly valued.
