About The Position

The Nao Now Foundation is looking for passionate and compassionate volunteer conversation partners to help both children and adults improve their English communication skills through one-on-one virtual lessons. As a volunteer conversation partner, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping learners build confidence, strengthen their English communication skills, and expand their educational, professional, and personal opportunities. No prior teaching experience is required. We provide the curriculum, lesson materials, and ongoing support—you simply bring your enthusiasm and passion for helping others learn. Requirements

• Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English
• Strong communication skills and on-camera presence
• Reliable wired internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps)
• Quiet and professional teaching environment
• Stable internet (minimum 60 Mbps)
• Computer less than five years old recommended
• Professional, distraction-free workspace

Responsibilities

• Teach 25-minute, one-on-one English lessons
• Deliver structured curriculum using provided lesson materials
• Maintain an engaging and supportive on-camera presence
• Provide clear and encouraging feedback
• Maintain consistent weekly availability
• Uphold professional communication standards
