About The Position
The Volleyball Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the high school volleyball program. This includes organizing and conducting practices, developing strategies for competition, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture, and ensuring player development both on and off the court.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching volleyball
- Knowledge of volleyball strategies and techniques
- Ability to develop and implement training programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous head coaching experience at the high school level
- Experience with player recruitment and retention
- Certification in coaching or sports management
