About The Position
This is a supplemental position for a Freshman Volleyball Coach at Golden Gate High for the Fall season. Applicants must be 21 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED. A reference letter is required, unless the applicant is current CCPS staff. A current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification is also required. Coaches with current teaching certification do not need separate athletic coaching certification. Basic Life Support (First Aid, CPR, and AED) certification is also necessary. The position is for the Fall season and is located at Golden Gate High.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
- Current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification.
- Basic Life Support Program (First Aid, CPR and AED).
Nice To Haves
- 1 Reference Letter (does not apply to current CCPS staff).
Responsibilities
- Coach freshman volleyball team.
- Ensure athletes have required certifications (Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification, Basic Life Support).
