Requirements

Solid understanding of volleyball fundamentals
Excellent communication skills
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma
Passion for motivating and encouraging young players
Adaptability and creativity
Strong organizational skills
Embodying core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility

Responsibilities

Running practices and games
Setting up equipment
Helping organize team activities
Engaging players in drills that build their skills and confidence
Promoting teamwork and sportsmanship
Guiding athletes through strategies
Providing constructive feedback
Encouraging and supporting players both on and off the court
Communicating with parents about schedules and team progress
Fostering a fun atmosphere where every practice and game is not just about competition but also about creating lasting friendships and memories
