About The Position
The School District of Onalaska is seeking a volleyball coach for Onalaska Middle School. The coach will be responsible for teaching the fundamental knowledge and execution of volleyball techniques, including individual positions and team play. The role involves preparing the team physically, mentally, and emotionally to compete at their highest potential. Coaches are compensated with a stipend based on the length of the season.
Requirements
- CPR certified, or willing to be certified by the beginning of the season.
Responsibilities
- Teach knowledge and execution of basic fundamentals and techniques of each position/event.
- Teach team play.
- Prepare a team physically, mentally and emotionally to effectively compete to the best of their abilities.
