Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited automotive technology program.
- Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) with a focus on electronics and diagnostics.
- Proven experience working with automotive electronic systems and diagnostic tools.
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience specifically with Volkswagen vehicles or other German automotive brands.
- Advanced training or certification from Volkswagen’s manufacturer-specific technician programs.
- Strong familiarity with the latest automotive diagnostic software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostics on Volkswagen vehicles using specialized automotive diagnostic equipment to identify electronic and mechanical issues.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on automotive electronic systems including engine control units, infotainment systems, and safety features.
- Interpret technical service bulletins, wiring diagrams, and repair manuals to accurately troubleshoot and resolve vehicle problems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with Volkswagen’s quality and safety standards.
