About The Position

Tom Bush Volkswagen is seeking a reliable and motivated Volkswagen Sales Valet to support our Sales Department in Jacksonville, FL. This role involves safely moving and preparing vehicles, maintaining vehicle presentation, and assisting both customers and the Sales Manager to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, stays active, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Capable of standing, walking, and moving quickly for extended periods
Professional appearance and a positive attitude
Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
Previous dealership experience

Responsibilities

Safely transport vehicles to different departments, locations, and special events within and outside of the dealership.
Organize, monitor, and maintain the vehicle inventory across the entire dealership, including the showroom floor.
Regularly fuel or charge vehicles to ensure they are ready for test drives and customer presentations.
Receive new vehicle deliveries and perform thorough initial inspections to prepare them for sale.
Accurately stock and manage vehicle keys and owner’s manuals.
Deliver vehicles to the detail and service departments as necessary.
Maintain the cleanliness and overall presentation of all vehicles on the lot to enhance customer appeal.
Assist with service lane operations to support efficient workflow.
Greet customers warmly, providing a welcoming and positive first impression of the dealership.
Support the Sales Manager with daily operational and sales-related tasks as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to dealership success.
