About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional Voice teacher to teach part-time for their Lake Forest, CA school, Glee Music Academy. The position is for in-person instruction at the studio. The current schedule is Tuesdays-Thursdays from 1pm - 7pm, with possible Saturdays from 9am - 2pm. Teachers can set their availability within open hours, but consistency and greater availability are preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching students aged 5 - adult in pop, musical theatre, and classical styles. Experience in country and rock styles is a plus. The ability to teach other instruments, especially piano, is also a plus. Successful candidates will have a strong music background (degree in music performance, pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience), a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check. Instructor pay is $32-$36/hour, commensurate with experience. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available after 30 days. Requirements
