About The Position

We are seeking fun, experienced, and professional voice and piano instructors to teach part-time at our Northwest Austin location: The Musician's Woodshed- North Parmer. This teacher will be instructing IN PERSON at our school. Preference given to teachers who are available to teach on Mondays between 2pm-8pm. Successful candidates will have a strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience, a demonstrated love of teaching, experience working with young musicians, a robust appreciation for punctuality, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a routine background check. Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $28-$34/hour. A 401(K) program with employer matching is available to all of our employees after 90 days on the job. Health benefit options are available for all part- and full-time employees at Ensemble.

Requirements

Fun, experienced, and professional voice and piano instructors.
Strong music background evidenced by a degree in music performance or equivalent performing experience.
Demonstrated love of teaching.
Experience working with young musicians.

Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a routine background check.
