About The Position

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified Carpentry Instructor to provide classroom and hands-on vocational training in carpentry, millwork, and cabinet making within a correctional facility. The instructor will teach up to 25 students, prepare lesson plans, demonstrate safe tool operation, evaluate student progress, maintain training records, and submit weekly project reports.

Requirements

• State-approved carpentry or industry certification/license.
• Professional experience in carpentry, millwork, or cabinet making.
• Strong instructional skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong safety-management skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to complete required 40-hour pre-service training.
