The Vocational Support Coordinator is responsible for providing customer service to all customers who inquire about the various services at the One Stop Center, reviews the center’s upload report to see which customers have uploaded documents to determine eligibility for WIOA funded services, and provides follow up services to customers that have successfully or unsuccessfully completed training programs to ensure they are employed in a training related industry. This is a remote role.
