About The Position

Omega Health Services is a CARF-accredited leader dedicated to helping veterans, individuals with autism, and those with developmental challenges find employment. This role focuses on bridging the gap between having a disability and having a career by connecting consumers with local businesses, educating employers on accommodations, and providing on-site support to clients. The position requires an organized and diplomatic individual who can manage their own schedule and utilize technology effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree + 1 year of relevant work experience OR High School Diploma / GED + 2 years of relevant work/life experience.
Minimum of 3 years of general education or tutoring experience.
Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Asana.
Valid Driver’s License and personal transportation with proper insurance coverage.
Successful completion of a standard drug screen and comprehensive background checks (Federal, State, and County).
First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment).
Completion of Relias Training (completed on-site).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree ideally in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History & Arts.

Responsibilities

Pair consumers with local businesses, guiding them through the employment process from interview to promotion.
Educate employers on assistive technology and reasonable accommodations.
Provide 1-on-1, on-site support to clients, teaching workplace social skills and fostering natural supports from coworkers.
Utilize tools like Asana and Google Workspace to track progress, document success stories, and collaborate with the Person-Centered Planning (PCP) team.
