About The Position
The Vocational Adjustment Teacher (VAT) works in collaboration with campus staff to provide transition planning and work-based learning support to students with disabilities ages 14 and older. The VAT assists in developing goals, coordinating job experiences, and collaborates with schools, families, and community partners to promote successful post-school outcomes. This role ensures compliance with transition requirements, including SPP 13 and 14.
Requirements
- Experience working with students with disabilities.
- Knowledge of transition planning and work-based learning.
- Familiarity with SPP 13 and 14 requirements.
