About The Position

Acts as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for architecture design, strategy definition, governance, and complex decision-making across VMware platforms and enterprise infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10-15 Years of Relevant Experience
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional – VMware Cloud Foundation VKS (Kubernetes)
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional – VMware Cloud Foundation Automation
• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• Deep expertise in NSX (network virtualization & security)
• Deep expertise in vSAN (software-defined storage)
• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud / multi-cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of Tanzu & Kubernetes ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of Cloud-native and platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise networking, security, DR, automation
• Enterprise architecture leadership
• Strategic planning and governance
• Stakeholder management (CxO level)
• Decision-making in complex environments
• Relevant VMware Cloud Foundation experience
• Kubernetes platform design, deployment, and operations experience (for VKS specialists)
• VMware Cloud Foundation Automation experience, including automation frameworks, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code capabilities
• Current VMware certifications
• Recent project references and key responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Define architecture strategy and technology roadmap for VMware platforms
• Lead end-to-end solution design across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
• Govern design standards, best practices, and technical frameworks
• Drive large-scale transformation and modernization programs
• Provide guidance on scalability, resiliency, performance, and security
• Act as primary escalation point for critical technical issues
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and executive discussions
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and project outcomes
• Oversee delivery quality, risks, and compliance
