The VMS Administrator / VMS Analyst owns the day -to -day configuration, administration, and optimization of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Vendor Management System used for the IT Staff Augmentation MSP program. This role configures user accounts, workflows, job templates, rate and approval structures, and security settings, supports integrations and data feeds, and ensures that the system accurately reflects Commonwealth policies, ordering processes, and reporting needs. The VMS Administrator / Analyst provides user support and training, maintains data quality, and delivers analytics and insights that help the MSP meet SLAs, manage suppliers, and support governance.
