About The Position

Virtual Education and Professional Relations Manager (Nashville, TN) This role is fundamental in driving the long term strategy of increasing Sonicare recommendation and usage among future Dental Professionals through best in class education programs, ultimately improving the health of our patients and consumers.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Dental Education and/or Dental Hygiene
Presentation Skills for large and small audiences
Microsoft applications including Powerpoint and Excel
Business Acumen
Stakeholder management
Data Analytics and Interpretation
Relationship Management
Negotiation skills
Feedback management
Associate, Bachelors or Masters Degree in Dental Hygiene
Able to provide multiple live virtual presentations per day.
Able to travel domestically on a semi regular basis ( upto 1 -2 times per month).
Multi-task across various workstreams within the role
Operate in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
Proactive in drive optimization and change management.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute virtual education strategy and content for students in Dental and Hygiene schools.
Support management of Key Opinion Leader roster and relationships for North America.
Collaborate with relevant functions to develop digital tools and platforms to support education in the DP environment.
Effectively and efficiently collaborate with sales, marketing, and professional relations to optimize results from professional education activities.
Support relationships with professional associations, academic bodies, while driving new relationships with dental and dental hygiene schools in the US and Canada to capture professional opportunities for new value spaces.
