The position leads in-person and virtual workshops, builds community relationships, and serves as a public-facing resource on digital literacy and online safety, with a focus on supporting seniors and first-time Internet users. Working collaboratively with internal teams, the role develops clear, accessible training and messaging that promote Internet adoption, community engagement, and safe technology use.
