About The Position

Kohler Co. is hiring a Vitreous Process Cell Operator – Process B Rover for its Pottery division in Kohler, Wisconsin. This onsite manufacturing role supports the production of vitreous ware and involves floating between roles to provide coverage where needed. The position is scheduled for first shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with occasional mandatory overtime as needed. The hourly rate is $27.45. The operator is expected to follow safety policies and procedures, maintain reliable attendance and work performance, and meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and complete a drug screen and background check.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be able to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship, now or in the future.
Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
Must be clean-shaven for respirator fit.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Must pass the global aesthetic test.
Must be PIV certified.
Ability to perform essential duties, including bending, lifting, and pushing weight, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
Consistent attendance and work performance.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
At least 1 year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect ware and handle various vitreous ware.
Make epoxy repairs.
Operate robot spray booths and dryers.
Load, rework, and pack products.
Push carts.
Float between roles and provide coverage where needed.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Maintain consistent attendance and work performance.
