About The Position
As our campus continues to grow, we are seeking a Vital Living Coordinator for home services. This role involves ensuring a consistent, quality-driven delivery of home care services, managing department employees through scheduling, direction, supervision, and training, and making arrangements for resident transportation. The coordinator will also be responsible for completing department billing and meeting with clients and families to ensure satisfaction with offered services. Requirements
- Self-starter with a positive, eager, and responsive attitude.
- Bachelor’s Degree (an Associate may work)
- 2 years of experience in senior living, social work or healthcare related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Ensuring a consistent, quality driven delivery of home care services to appropriate clients.
- Scheduling, directing, supervising and training department employees.
- Making arrangements for transportation of residents to and from appointments.
- Completing department billing.
- Meeting with clients and families to ensure satisfaction of offered services.
