About The Position

Vit Process Cell Operator (Robot Spray) to join our Pottery division. We offer a diverse array of growth opportunities within our manufacturing divisions. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation including but not limited to bending, lifting, and pushing weight.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Consistent attendance and work performance.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating the robot spray booths
• Pushing carts
• Clean shaven to wear a respirator when required.
• Perform tasks as assigned
• Must be able to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
• Pass the global aesthetic test
• Must be PIV certified.
