The GO Project Visual Storyteller is a creative contributor who connects donors with the children, families, and local partners whose lives they are changing. Using video and photography, this role creates engaging experiences that encourage donors to become committed advocates and strengthen connections with existing advocates. The Visual Storyteller also develops and executes immersive storytelling strategies, such as VR/360 formats, to help audiences see the impact of local partners firsthand. The position manages original story content from pre-production planning through shooting, editing, and delivery across multiple formats. It includes product and lifestyle photography for GOEX Apparel, collaboration with the marketing team on concepts and scripts, asset management, b-roll collection, and delivery of finished content for platforms including social media, web, email, and donor events. The role also works with field contractors and partners through remote meetings and periodic travel to build local media capability. The Global Orphan Project works to break the orphan cycle by addressing relational and economic causes and strengthening families. Its community-based preventative platforms support families, churches, and communities with local interventions intended to prevent family breakdown.
