This isnât transactional retail; itâs about connecting people to the right gear, providing expert ski, snowboard, and bike services, and creating a reason to come back. The ideal candidate should have a passion for outdoor activities and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a Visual Retail Key Holder to join our team. The Key Holder will be responsible for managing the store during scheduled shifts, opening and closing the store, handling cash and credit card transactions, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our valued customers. In addition, this role plays a key part in maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment reflects Backcountryâs brand and creates an engaging shopping experience. This role is challenging â above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, youâll have a big role within a fast-paced team. This position will report to the Retail Store Manager.
