Visual Merchandising Specialist

About The Position

Every showroom, every floor reset, every flagship display tells a story, and someone has to make sure it's telling the right one, every time. As our Visual Merchandising Specialist, you'll own that story across Retail and Wholesale: building the planograms, training the field, and keeping our Pelham flagship and Atlanta showroom looking exactly the way the brand demands. This is a role for someone who's just as comfortable building a presentation deck as they are climbing a ladder to style a vignette an hour before doors open. If you've got an eye for detail and a drive to own a space from concept to execution, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, marketing, design, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail presentation, product styling, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and direction to cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret brand standards and translate them into clear merchandising direction.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual balance, product presentation, and styling.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work hands-on during installs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to support store openings, resets, and events.

  • Analyze store photos, field feedback, and sales trends to sharpen visual performance.
  • Maintain accurate product info, display inventories, and visual resources for the field.
  • Train and coach store teams on visual standards and execution best practices.
  • Roll up your sleeves for store openings, remodels, and showroom installs.
  • Support photo shoots, market prep, and special event merchandising.
  • Conduct store execution audits and drive follow-up improvements.
  • Own Garden Party visual execution and the development of Visual WOW Moments across Wholesale and Retail.

  • Competitive health, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) plan with match after 12 months.
  • Sick, vacation, holiday, and parental time off.
  • Employee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services to support mental and emotional well-being.
