In collaboration with the store team, the Visual Merchandising Manager supports the operations of the store with an emphasis on merchandising and display to create an inspiring and dynamic visual experience for the customer. This role involves acting as a brand representative, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and taking a forward-thinking approach to in-store creative marketing, merchandising, and activations to drive sales and create a compelling store environment. The Visual Merchandising Manager also supports the recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and training of department and display candidates, sets clear objectives, and coaches team members on store processes, business analysis, merchandise placement, and visual display. They manage the visual direction of the display and merchandising process, assess store business using company reporting tools, and drive an effective shipment and omni process. Additionally, they take an active role in daily operating processes through payroll management and adapting the zone and visual support to the needs of the business, while adhering to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and loss reduction policies.
