About The Position

This role supports the development and execution of visual merchandising programs that enhance the in‑store experience and strengthen brand consistency. Daily work includes creating signage, coordinating fixture and graphic fulfillment, and supporting reset activities across multiple departments. These efforts ensure customers encounter clear, engaging visuals that support sales and elevate store presentation. Cross‑functional collaboration helps align creative work with merchant goals, store needs, and broader business priorities. Insights from store feedback, marketing initiatives, and business performance guide decision‑making and program development. The role also contributes to seasonal campaigns, signage strategies, and in‑store execution processes to deliver consistent results.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years of related experience in visual merchandising or creative execution required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Elevated working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • A team-first attitude
