About The Position

We provide a huge selection of high-quality and top-hit products from Asia including cosmetics, skincare, beauty, accessories and lifestyle. With our rapid growth, we have 28 stores across North America to-date and more to come! We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Marketing team! We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and commercially minded Visual Merchandiser to elevate the in-store experience across our growing retail network. You will deliver impactful seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional displays, and store layouts that create a consistent and inspiring customer experience across all locations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of visual merchandising experience within beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail
• Experience supporting multiple retail locations and executing large-scale campaigns
• Strong understanding of customer experience, visual presentation, and retail merchandising principles
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives and sales performance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva, and visual planning tools
• Willingness to travel regularly between store locations; reliable vehicle preferred
• Passion for beauty, retail trends, and creating exceptional customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards across all retail locations
• Implement seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional displays, and window presentations
• Develop merchandising guides and rollout communications to ensure consistent execution across locations
• Train and support store leadership teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices
• Assist with store layouts, fixture planning, merchandising strategies, and launch execution
• Optimize product placement, fixture layouts, signage, and promotional zones to maximize customer engagement and sales
• Support new store openings, relocations, renovations, and store refresh projects
• Conduct regular store visits and visual audits, providing recommendations to enhance presentation and performance
