Requirements

A passion for interior design, decorating, or visual merchandising
Love styling shelves, walls, furniture, and accessories into cohesive spaces
Enjoy keeping up with current design trends and home décor inspiration
Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with others to bring ideas to life
Have a valid driver's license and can travel between store locations
Are comfortable using Excel and basic computer programs
Enjoy active, hands-on work, including moving and arranging furniture

Responsibilities

Styling furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, and décor accessories
Creating inviting room settings that reflect current design trends
Refreshing displays to keep showrooms looking fresh and inspiring
Helping customers visualize how furniture can work in their own homes
Implementing popular looks such as Modern Organic designs, Cozy Contemporary spaces, Transitional styles, Statement accent pieces, and Seasonal trend updates
Collaborating with fellow Visual Merchandisers to execute creative showroom transformations
Aligning displays with sales goals by working with Store Managers
Understanding customer preferences and emerging trends by working with Sales Teams
Coordinating product movement and floor resets with Warehouse Teams
Planning floor moves, launching new collections, solving challenges, and celebrating beautiful finished projects
Processing and placing incoming furniture and décor
Maintaining organized, fully stocked displays
Using merchandising tools, inventory systems, and Excel reporting
Traveling between locations to support merchandising initiatives
