About The Position

The Visual Merchandiser creates eye-catching presentations that showcase current fashion trends. The role builds knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and trends, partners with department managers to uphold and teach visual standards, and supports merchandising, signing, and implementation of store direction, customizing it as appropriate for the store. Responsibilities also include installing and removing trim and window presentations for promotional events and supporting execution of the in-store lighting program. Hours and schedule vary by week according to business needs.

Requirements

Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools.
Computer proficiency and comfort learning new computer applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.

Basic construction skills in building and assembling visual props.
