Requirements
- A genuinely active lifestyle
- Enthusiasm for Brooks and the quality of its products
- Apparel merchandising experience, ideally in retail, with a sharp eye for detail
- Clear, friendly communication and strong listening skills
- Self-direction: you plan your own time and solve problems independently
- A smartphone with internet access (iOS 15.0+ or Android 10.0+)
Responsibilities
- Set and refresh displays.
- Merchandise Brooks apparel to brand planograms and replenish product so the floor stays full and shoppable.
- Be the brand expert in the store.
- Share Brooks product features and benefits with store associates and build lasting relationships with store teams.
- Report each visit. Submit a visit report in the ThirdChannel app with before-and-after photos and a short written summary.
- Own your market. Set a monthly visit rhythm for the stores in your area and follow through on it.
