About The Position

The Visual Merchandiser presents current fashion trends through eye-catching visual displays. The role maintains knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and trends, partners with department managers to uphold and teach visual standards, and supports merchandising, signing, and implementation of direction with appropriate customization for the store. Responsibilities also include installing and removing promotional trim and window presentations and supporting the in-store lighting program. Hours and schedules vary by week according to business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other miscellaneous tools.
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new computer applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.

• Basic construction skills in building and assembly of visual props.
