About The Position
Brooks Running is seeking an Apparel Visual Merchandiser with experience to work a few hours a month for supplemental income. The role involves merchandising and replenishing displays according to planograms, educating store teams on Brooks products, and submitting store visit reports using ThirdChannel technology. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a starting pay of $28/hour, dependent on location and experience. The role offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities to build merchandising, inventory, and customer service experience.
Requirements
- Apparel Visual Merchandising experience
- Previous apparel merchandising experience, preferably in a retail environment, with a keen eye for details
- Communication, active listening and empathy are key - Brooks Visual Merchandisers must be articulate and friendly
- Ability to problem solve and manage time autonomously (these are 100% independent positions)
- A smart device with internet access (iOS 15.0 or above, Android phones on version 10.0 or above)

Responsibilities
- Merchandise and replenish displays according to planograms
- Educate and engage store teams on the features and benefits of Brooks products, while building meaningful relationships
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device
- Create and commit to a monthly cadence of retail store visits in your market
