About The Position

Sézane is a French fashion brand founded by Morgane Sezalory, emphasizing quality, creativity, and intention. The brand is looking for creative, organized, and agile talents to join their team and co-construct the future. This specific role is for a talented full-time Visual Merchandiser for their Charleston store, reporting to the Store Manager and the US VM Manager. The position is based in Charleston, SC.

Requirements

Successful experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the ready-to-wear sector.
Passionate about fashion, with a good understanding of trends.

Responsibilities

Be the VM representative in the store: Ensure optimal product presentation in line with Sézane's DNA; Offer customers an inspiring shopping experience; Rotate racks, mannequins, tables, and wall displays according to collection releases and stock levels; Organize your work according to needs, priorities, and the commercial schedule, ensuring deadlines are met.
Oversee the layout of spaces: Be responsible for Point of Sale advertising and merchandising materials. Manage and monitor florals, decorative objects, etc. Ensure the smooth running of installations and work (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, photo shoots, events, etc.).
Raise awareness and train teams: Train and raise awareness among sales advisors on maintaining VM
Communicate and circulate VM information (photos, merch sheets, product focus, VM standards, trends, etc.); Maintain active communication with the various managers in order to best meet their expectations; Collaborate with the stock team to prepare VM rotations (picking new items, streaming, pricing, anti-theft measures, etc.); Ensure that information is reported to the Manager as needed to adapt guidelines.
