About The Position

AVANT by Altea is seeking a Visual Experience Coordinator to ensure every boutique fitness experience and training session begins and ends with a seamless, high-touch setup that reflects the sophistication and excellence of our brand. This is a high-impact, detail-driven position for someone who thrives on precision, organization, and presentation. The role focuses on curating an elite fitness atmosphere where every detail is in place and equipment is pristine.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality, event setup, fitness operations, or a related field.
  • A passion for creating an environment that enhances performance and experience.
  • A sharp eye for detail and an obsession with cleanliness and organization.
  • A proactive mindset—problems are solved before they arise.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move fitness equipment as needed.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Criminal Background Check Requirement – All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work.

Responsibilities

  • Curate the In Class Boutique Experience – Set up and break down studios for every class, ensuring all equipment is perfectly placed and ready for use.
  • Boutique Equipment Upkeep – Ensure that mats, boxing gloves, cycle shoes, weights, and all other equipment are in top condition, clean, and properly stored.
  • Lead the Sanitation Process – Implement and uphold the highest cleanliness standards, ensuring every piece of equipment is sanitized and ready for the next use.
  • Anticipate Member Needs – Stay ahead of requests by ensuring all training essentials are available and accessible.
  • Uphold the AVANT Standard – Conduct regular walkthroughs to maintain an immaculate studio appearance and ensure all touchpoints align with our luxury aesthetic.
  • Support Operational Efficiency – Work closely with our boutique fitness instructors and the member concierge team to ensure seamless class transitions.
  • Elevate the Member Experience - Infuse every interaction with attentive care, ensuring members feel valued from the moment they arrive. Collaborate closely with the front desk team to fulfill member requests, delivering timely, personalized support that reflects our commitment to a refined, performance-driven environment.
  • Solve and Evolve – Approach challenges with creativity and a commitment to continuous improvement. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all class offerings, membership policies, and house rules to guide members seamlessly and uphold our elevated brand standards.
