About The Position

As Visual Display Associate, you represent the Von Maur brand by creating fashionable, trend forward displays throughout the store. Your work creates a cohesive store appearance and provides customers with a visually exciting shopping experience.

Requirements

• Ability to create fashionable, trend forward displays
• Ability to train associates and new department managers on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines
• Ability to maintain fixtures, displays, and display lighting
• Ability to prepare, arrange, and preserve seasonal store visuals and displays
• Ability to maintain a visually exciting and clean store

Responsibilities

• Creatively arrange merchandise displays and floral accents throughout the store
• Train associates and new department managers on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines – assist with selling floor displays
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and display lighting
• Prepare, arrange, and preserve seasonal store visual and displays
• Maintain a visually exciting and clean store
