Requirements

• 4-year relevant degree and a minimum of 10 or more years of experience in visual communications or a related field. In lieu of degree, 12-15 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in production management, still photography and capturing, producing, and editing digital video.
• Strong interpersonal communication and management skills.
• A high level of self-motivation and independence will be critical.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking ability; self-motivation; organizational sensitivity.
• Excellent follow through capability; demands high level of performance from self and others.
• Demonstrated managerial experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster culture change.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies, including technology and performance.
• Proven record to contribute as a strong team player in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, diverse environment.

• Provides visual communications strategic planning, direction and support across the communications organization.
• Must work continuously, effectively and skillfully with the communications leadership, staff and stakeholders.
• Position oversees and manages staff, consultants, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes visual communications strategies and materials, maintains quality control for visual communications materials, and ensures adherence to brand standards.
• Assists leadership to develop and ensure integration of visual communications in priority company initiatives.
• Works with key stakeholders and other areas of the business to ensure effectiveness of visual communications materials and strategic deployment of resources.
• Supervise and lead a team of employees, consultants and project managers, and collaborate with business leaders and experts across Exelon.

Benefits

• Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $136,000.00/Yr. – $187,000.00/Yr. plus an additional $25K in Long Term Incentive Plan annually.
