Mass Audubon’s Magazine Beach Park is seeking a Visitor Services Representative. This position performs day-to-day visitor engagement operations and ensures a positive, welcoming, enriching, and safe experience for all our members, visitors, and guests. The Visitor Services Representative is specifically responsible for providing excellent customer service while greeting visitors in person, providing orientation to the park, exploration of nature exhibits, wildlife demonstrations, opportunities to purchase snacks/drinks, and access to restrooms. This position answers questions about events and programs, monitors building and grounds, introduces visitors to the many benefits of Mass Audubon membership, and educates guests about Mass Audubon. The Visitor Services Representative plays an important, integral role as a welcoming, customer-oriented ambassador of Mass Audubon properties, programs, and mission.
