The Visitor Engagement & Office Administrator is responsible for the daily operation of the Tourism Sarnia-Lambton Visitor Centre and administrative support functions of the organization. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, tourism stakeholders and the public, providing exceptional customer service, tourism information, retail sales support and office administration services. The role is focused on delivering positive visitor experiences, maintaining efficient office operations and supporting Tourism Sarnia-Lambton staff and programs.
