About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. The role involves providing exceptional nursing care to clients in their homes, ensuring they are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. Nurses will utilize their clinical judgment and skills to deliver high-quality care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness. The position serves clients in Stratford and the surrounding Perth County area, including St. Mary’s and Mitchell. The ideal candidate is driven by a calling to make a difference in the lives of others through outstanding care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two professional references

Nice To Haves

• French language proficiency considered an asset
• Proof of vaccination against illnesses such as COVID-19, Hepatitis, Seasonal Flu etc. (dependent upon Provincial government regulations and position requirements)
