About The Position

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking passionate and caring Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join their team. RPNs will provide exceptional nursing care with compassion, excellence, and responsiveness in clients' homes, ensuring they are treated with respect, dignity, and kindness. The role involves using clinical judgment and skills to deliver the highest quality of care. The position serves clients in Stratford and surrounding areas of Perth County (including St. Mary's and Mitchell).

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two professional references

Nice To Haves

• French language proficiency considered an asset
