VNA is looking for a Visit Nurse. Job Summary: Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, and delivering nursing care to meet the needs of patients and their families. Provides compassionate support and education to patients, caregivers, and family members while applying the nursing process to promote comfort, enhance well-being, and improve overall quality of life.
Requirements
- Current and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in a medical-surgical setting within the past three years, or one year of recent home health nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- CPR certification
- Current driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Reliable vehicle
Nice To Haves
- one year of recent home health nursing experience preferred
