About The Position

Own the vision system end to end on the line — cameras, optics, lighting, and edge hardware integrated into every station for reliable, real-time inspection.

Requirements

• BS in EE, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Optics, or related.
• 3+ years in machine vision, imaging, or embedded / vision systems.
• Experience with industrial cameras, optics, lighting, and calibration.
• Familiarity with edge compute (Jetson), image pipelines, and real-time constraints.
• Hands-on integration and debugging on production equipment.
• Comfortable bridging hardware, software, and the line.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate camera, lens, and lighting setups for each inspection station.
• Deploy and calibrate edge vision hardware (e.g. NVIDIA Jetson plus industrial cameras).
• Tune image acquisition and real-time inference performance for throughput.
• Integrate the vision system with stations, controls, and the data layer.
• Validate detection accuracy and reliability against real production conditions.
• Support installs, commissioning, and continuous improvement on the floor.
