Responsibilities

Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems as required, ensuring smooth transitions between different operational configurations.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure vision systems are setup and ready according to the production schedule.
Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on vision systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify and resolve issues with vision systems, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot problems effectively.
When required, work with outside vendors and OEM’s for support, troubleshooting and training.
Optimize vision systems to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, collaborating with engineering and production teams as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, changeover procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the operation, changeover, and maintenance of vision systems.
Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in vision systems to recommend and implement improvements.
