Position Summary... To assist Vision Centre and Opticians in the operation of the VC. To serve customers and total store with inquiries and provide customer service. Requirements
- Age – 16 or older
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and answer phones.
- Help with the bookings of eye appointments.
- Help maintain standards of the VC (filing, cleaning, displays, organization).
- Help customers with their VC requests (choosing frames, accessories, repairs).
- Aid in communication between vision parties (Opticians, customers, doctors).
- Advanced POS transaction capability (interaction with benefits systems in addition to cash).
- Maintain layaway.
- Technical measuring of eyewear.
