The mission of the GO Tutor Corps is to provide students with access to a quality education through high-dosage tutoring. After many years of providing in-person tutoring across the Northeastern US, GO launched a virtual tutoring program in 2025. As our virtual program continues to grow, we are hiring a staff member specifically dedicated to its success. We are seeking a mission-driven educator and program manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our Virtual Tutoring program between 7:30am and 3:30pm ET. The Virtual Tutoring Coordinator will manage key operational aspects of the program each day to help ensure that virtual instruction is high-quality, consistent, and aligned with GO’s standards for high-dosage tutoring. The role includes a mix of operational work (scheduling, tutor coverage, roster management), communication with tutors and school leaders (Slack and email), and observing tutoring sessions. Ideal candidates have strong logistical skills and K-12 instructional experience. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and central to creating a strong experience for both students and tutors in our virtual learning environment. To be eligible for this role, you must already live in the Greater NYC area, including northern New Jersey.
