Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Banking, teller, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers through video and digital channels
- Proficient with Windows-based systems and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to solve problems and work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service while promoting use of the Video Teller Machine
- Assist customers with inquiries, account servicing, and routine banking requests
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
- Educate customers on bank products, services, and digital banking tools
- Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to appropriate business partners
- Promote strong customer relationships through quality service
- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete required compliance training
- Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
- Support team and department objectives during the temporary assignment
