Requirements
- No prior insurance experience required � training and licensing support provided.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
- Connect with clients through virtual platforms to assess their needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
- Work with a steady stream of warm, pre-qualified leads � no cold calling, door knocking, or MLM involvement.
- Complete our training program and obtain your life insurance license if not currently licensed.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from consultation through ongoing policy support.
- Stay motivated, organized, and accountable while achieving individual and team sales goals.
