The role involves opening new accounts, answering member questions, performing transactions, communicating professionally via phone, text, and email, interviewing and qualifying members for loans, researching and correcting account problems, gathering data and verification documents, promoting and cross-selling products and services, making recommendations based on members' financial goals, and keeping management informed of member needs.
